Before any caterer, Damien settled in Sidi Ghanem, a district dedicated to artists’ studios, wholesalers and shopping. We are pleased to open the doors of Zinc, a bistro for friends. You can taste revisited French cuisine, made of unexpected dishes with a beautiful wine cellar.
