The idea of opening an Italian restaurant in Morocco was born from the common passion of the three owners, Roberto Barbieri, Nerio and Nedo Venturi (the latter has worked in Morocco for a long time in other professional activities) for good Italian cuisine and for healthy and good quality food, as they say in Italy.
