The foundations of Riad Chorfa, in multiple transformations and stratifications tell us several centuries of history, rich in memories, which let their trace and their soul vibrate. The patio was redesigned, at the end of the 18th century, to give the definitive character of a small palace with harmonious proportions in the lightness, light, elegance and refinement of Moorish architecture. we can concoct couscous, tagines, grilled meats and other fresh pastillas, in the family tradition or a lighter menu “at your convenience”. In 2000, it was skilfully reorganized, “enhanced” in respect of this heritage, flagship “beautiful riads” by its new owner, a French architect. Its creative freedom adapts to the spirit of the times and the necessary modernity of its new hotel function: a guest house, in spirit as well as in letter, which speaks as much to the heart as to the eyes.
